We accept returns only for damaged, faulty, or expired items. This policy ensures that our products meet the highest quality standards for our customers.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, the item must meet one of the following conditions:
- Damaged upon arrival
- Faulty or defective
- Expired (where applicable)
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find any of these issues, contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at market@glareen.com. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. If you received a faulty or damaged item and would like a replacement, please initiate a return request and make a separate purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times for your bank or credit card provider may vary.
